1972 I have sought Truth through the world's religious systems and
independently of them. I don't have all the answers, after 40 plus
years of research and practice I do understand the questions much
I share numerous studies on blogs and Pathways Radio into the world's religions based on my personal quest for Truth. From a Baptist to Nichiren Shōshū Buddhist, Sikh...Yogi (as taught by Yogi Bhajan), Oneness Pentecostal (Jesus Only), Messianic Judaism to Judaism. Of the three major religions Judaism focus is on life and living, sadly, the others are about death and dying.
Torah implores us to focus on life and not on death because by prizing life and living, our main concern becomes how to best live life here and now. The most prominent and glaring Biblical example of the value of life and the negativity of focusing on death is found in Deuteronomy where God tells the Israelites, “I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. You shall choose life, so that you and your offspring will live” (30:19).
My life long spiritual quest has led me to embrace Judaism, to understand G-d is One:
Finding what this means takes a lifetime!
Torah is the highest, most profound Truth:
Torah refers primarily to the five Books of Moshe (i.e. Genesis through Deuteronomy) but there is more to it: Torah reveals the "Mind of G-d." The Mind of G-d is revealed in many ways and these revelations (whether personally received or through books) will always be consistent with the Five Books. Torah is the ultimate authority.
I believe with perfect faith that God is one.
There is no unity that is in any way like His.
He alone is our God.
He was, He is, He will be.
